DentKings, LLC (“DentKings,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website dentkings.com, our instant estimate tools, hail claim forms, and related communications. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit our site, request a quote, submit a hail claim, book service, call or text us, or otherwise interact with our business.

- Vehicle & damage details — year, make, model, damaged panels, dent size/depth, photos you upload, and notes you add
- Insurance details (hail claims) — insurance company name and claim number
- Appointment & job records — estimates, status, notes we take while serving you
- Communications — texts, calls, emails, and form submissions between you and DentKings
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and approximate time of visit (standard server/analytics logs)
We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of personal data (such as government ID numbers or payment card data) through our public website forms. Payments, if any, are handled in person or through separate payment tools.
3. How we use your information

Photos of your vehicle are used only to evaluate damage and prepare estimates. They are stored with your lead/job record and shared with your insurer only when needed for a claim you initiated. Do not upload images of people without permission or unrelated personal documents.

Our site uses essential local storage to keep estimate progress on your device, remember preferences, and operate the site securely. You can control cookies and storage through your browser settings; some features (such as saved quote progress) may not work if storage is disabled.
To understand how people find and use the site, we use Google Analytics, which sets cookies and sends usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser) to Google. We also keep a simple first-party count of page views on our own server, which stores no personal information. You can opt out of Google Analytics on any site with Google's browser add-on, or by blocking cookies for this site.

We keep lead, estimate, and job records as long as reasonably necessary to provide service, resolve insurance matters, meet legal/tax obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion as described below; we may retain limited records when required by law.
